Answers:
4) should answer this first, as it explains the first two. Karma is pretty much....a useless things that shows how kind/helpfull you are...
1) you exalt someone when they do something nice to or for you, or something like that, gives them a karma
2) you smite someone mean or cruel to you, it takes away a karma.
3) I honestly don't know...o.o
