Cell's mixed with a PPK Border Collie. I think you can find on this website called Pinecone Kennel & Cattery

The starry pelt is from the PPK Border Collie, I can send people the file later if they can't find it.
It'll probably take a few tries to get a "starry" puppy, the puppies are usually the color of the manen. (I think it's dominant or something). I took me about 5 tries.

You're right, Borders usually don't, but this is a fantasy-ish breed.
