Can a character be mixed with a legendary, but be mainly the other pokemon, without staff permission? Eh, there's a lot I want cleared up, but I'll be content with this for now.

The mixing will most likely be covered in the rules. But being mixed w/ a Legendary they must be one of a kind and you will have to have Staff Permission if you're a regular member. If you are Staff just let the main admin [Me] know that you're doing. Staff may have up to 2 mixed Legendaries, regular members may only have one UNLESS they're trying out for a plot charrie. |

Okay, thanks. Hopefully everything else will be covered when you're done. I can't wait! I already started spriting, but it's on a different computer so I can't post it yet. One I made was a mix between Houndour and Poochyena, another the same but edited more.
