The land of the Tailmeln was sprawled beneath the alpha. He sat on a rocky cliff on top of the caves, silently observing his kingdom. These lands called the Tailmeln were relatively dry, and not heavily forested. There was a shallow pond used as a watering hole in the dead center of the territory. The ground here was convered in deep mud when it rained. To the north and south of the watering hole were small forests. The wooded area ended abruptly and then returned to the typical grassy biome of the Tailmeln. The grass was tall and good for hiding in. In the area between the watering hole and the caves the grass was not as tall, and the footprints of smaller animals and some wolves were visible in the hard-packed dirt ground. It bordered the larger Zeftolen, Urubujenos, Larasopu and Usobekujo tribes as well as the smaller Poikojo. The Tailmeln was located in the middle of these lands and because of its many neighbors there were several paths cut out in the grass. This was the result of dozens of nomad wolves over time traveling from one tribe, through the Tailmeln, and on to another tribe. The large gray and black alpha gazed serenely out over the lands, his muzzle resting on his white paws. Kelil sighed, watching the wind make the tall grass sway gently. He hadn’t seen another wolf in quite a while. (ooc: This is loosely based on Kiyo's map of the Scribes. Yay Kiyo!)

"Haaa! You wet your-self!" A small, cheerful and slightly mocking crisp note of a bar came from not that far off, the grass swaying on the horizon as the voice bearer ran from who she was teasing.
"Did not!" A high pitch, indigent squeak came from another patch of rustling grass, this time a much bigger amount was shifted and swaying. There was the sound of four paws leaving the ground, a heavy thud and a high yelp, a few growls and a dominant bark before the grass fell still again. The two unknown being padded forward in silence, and into sight now too. There was two, both young pups, one petite black and white one, a much burlier cream and white one, both bore blazing ice blue eyes that burned with excitement.
"Wet yourself" The little ebony and ivory pup muttered under her breath, looking sulkily to her companion before repeating herself, a little louder to back sure she was heard to to the brute. He turned on her at once, growling gently and went to bounce on her, but the short vixen jumped out the way and bounced onto his back before leaping off and starting to dash away towards were the gray and black alpha lay. Actually, she ran straight into him, tumbling into his chest and paws, followed by the heavier pup who squished the small black puppy between himself and this adult they did not know. Both looked up with startled and curios gazes before the ebony vixen stuttered gently "S-sorry mister!"

Kelil saw the pups playing in the grass and watched as they tumbled over each other, shouting. He fell asleep to the sounds of their voices. Sleep was welcome after he had spent the long day marking the perimeter of the Tailmeln. He awoke with a start when one of the puppies ran into him full on. The massive alpha rose to his feet, and looked down at the two kindly. Even though they were technically intruders, Kelil smiled warmly and was even a little thankful to have company. That’s alright, he said. He observed them closely, and his own bright green eyes looked into the eyes of the ebony pup. Who might you two be? He asked, tilting his head.

"I'm Niato!" The black puppy squeaked excitedly, as if she hadn't had change to introduce herself to someone other then the burly kin she traveled with in a long time. Her tail wagged side to side furiously as she stood, looking up to this strange wolf, she turned to the cream puppy and started to speak again "And this is Kur--"
The cream puppy growled and pushed the black pup off her feet so she landed heavily onto the floor, not able to continue her sentence. "I can introduce myself!" He growled to her gently, his icy pupils narrowing slightly before looking up to the much bigger brute, his downward cream tail giving him the look of a submissive manen, though he was defiantly the opposite. "I'm Kuri-mi, who are you"

The large wolf laughed quietly to himself as the pups tumbled in the tall grass. Kelil was pleasantly amused by their antics. He sat on his haunches, threw back his long neck and yawned. However amused he may have been, the alpha was still tired. I'm Kelil, said the massive grey-black manen. He then turned his attention to the view of the flat grounds of the Tailmeln. The sun was setting, casting a warm red glow over everything. He began to gaze at his own long shadow projected on a tall rock cliff opposite himself and the pups. Good to meet you, he added, returning his attention to the small wolves.
