The black figure glided slowly 'cross the soft grassy lands. His pink orbs scanned his surroundings as he stretched out his long forelegs and took the jolt of a smooth crash. Regaining his balance, he set about exploring the place. His harks perked. Rushing water could be heard somewhere in the distance. Licking his lips, he turned to face the sound. Nothing could be seen. The black brujo snorted and lowered his muzzle to the ground. Sniffing slightly, he caught a scent of another. But . . it was faded. No one had been here for a while. He caught anothe scent. Rabbit. He slid his tounge over his chops and looked over the landscape once more. Once again, there was no sign of life. He dismissed the thought and lay down to rest his ebony wings

There was something moving along the ground, small and black. Whatever it was it was limping heavily on its from left paw, the other paw bore a silver bracelet that glinted heavily, giving away his presents. But, he was creeping lopsidedly toward the midnight brute, his plume swaying happily behind him as he leapt out the grass and onto the brute. It turned out he was limping on his front left paw, because he didn't have one.
"Ferean! Ferean! Wait up!" A small squeak sounded from where the young brute and sneaked, the grass pushed down already. As the small vixen skirted a sharp corner her brother had taken she slipped and skidded straight past the turning and disappeared into more grass.
"Ferean! Get back here! Fluke! Where are you?!" A much deeper and richer voice spoke, obviously that of a brute. The charged threw the grass, searching hopelessly for the onyx and the tanned puppies. His pelt was manly black, but splotches of orange and dusty beige splatted his frame.

His harks immediatly rose to the sound of others. With a glint in his eye, the midnight-black brujo sat up. He yawned once, stretched twice and observed.
I could swear I heard . .
He frowned and lolled out his long, pink tounge. Strange. I was so sure I heard voices. he thought to himself, standing up cautiously. He swayed his plume to and fro. Taking a small step back, he pushed his weight onto his hind legs then sprung foreward, taking flight.
The sillouhettes of three creatures were engraved onto the land, far below. The sunlight made the ebony wolf gleam and shimmer beautifully as he ascended, heading towards the manens in his shadow

The brute noticed the sudden change of light as this onyx brute flew over where he stood. His hackles started to rise and at once he snarled loudly, threw clenched teeth "Ferean, Fluke! Get here now!"
Obviously knowing something was wrong the limping pup twisted around and hobbled as fast as he could toward his midnight father, tracing the pushed down grass he had been only seconds ago.
The other, smaller, vixen pup froze into the place she stood, her runt frame stuck to the place by sheer fear. Her pupil's wide as she stared at the ground just in front of her paw's, not knowing what would happen next.

His ears fell back as he caught wind of the larger brute's snarl. Was that snarl in anger? He asked himself. Had been alone too long . . The black manen picked up a little speed until he was ahead of the creatures below. He spread his wings and braked, falling into a soft landing. He bared his teeth at the younger wolf, frozen in its path
What are you doing here?
he growled deeply, eyes fixed on the pup, taking everything the wrong way

Fluke felt like she could drop dead right there. She shook with hear, her head beating wildly in her chest as if it was trying to get out. She went to open her mouth but when she tried to move she couldn't. All she could do as stare up at him with scared, wide eyes.
