[[on other account, too lazy to switch XP]]
Fethyr nodded, watching the three silently. His ear twitched slightly at Yami's words. Zeftolen, hmm? "And why would a pup like you be wandering about all alone like this? Do the Zeftolen not care for their own? Come here child." His eyes glinted with anger. For such a young pup to be out alone! It was just not right!
He turned to the mated pair. "So tell me, what reason can you give me to convince me of your trustworthiness? I want no undermining or cruelty in my pack."
He glanced at the sky as he waited. Wynnd and Soahr had better not be out in this! if those two weren't at the caves by the time he returned with the three wolves before him (for even if he did not accept any of them, he could still not allow them to be left out in a storm! Especially the pup, who could fall into the river and drown, or the femme, who was much too close to her time to be roving so!) he would flay the two pups alive! Admittedly, they were not pups anymore, but grown femmes, but he could not help but think of them as the two wriggly balls of fluff he had saved when his tribe had been annihilated. Fethyr considered. Even if he did not accept these three, which in all likelihood he would, he could at least give the pair a cave to raise their children in until they were grown enough to travel safely!

Yami was struck by Fethyr's words, Do the Zeftolen not care for their own? She was also struck by his kindness. "Sir, My mother and siblings the Zeftolen, they killed them, I never knew my father" No one had ever been so nice.

Democoon thought about Fethyr's words. "Um, we're trust worthy because..." he looked to Aglaia for help.
Aglaia gave him a playful glare and stood up. "We will do whatever you want as long as it's for the good of the pack."
ooc: Sorry! I couldn't think of anything :P
Aglaia lay down again, she had been up for quite awhile with none of her usual naps. She was exhausted.

Yami slowly walked toward Fethyr. Carefully step by step. Until she was right in front of him. There she waited for him to tell her what to do next.

Fethyr nodded. Good. As he'd hoped. He hated when wolves went into flowery expressions of faithfulness or bragging about their abilities and how they would benefit the pack, blah blah blah... Fethyr just wanted honest, hard-working manens, regardless of age or ability. He turned to the pup. "I see...how long have you been on your own, Yami?" Without waiting for an answer, he stood. "You look like you could use a good meal, all three of you." He turned, then paused. "Come along, my daughters went hunting, there should be enough for all of us." He waited for them to follow. "Welcome to the Larasopu."

ooc: I'm assuming they're accepted?
Democoon nearly burst with his happiness. He had finally led his mate to a home. He nuzzled her then turned to follow Fethyr. He would have his first real meal in a long time. They had passed through a land with very few prey that were as scrawny as the couple. Anything he caught went to his expecting mate. The wolf's stomach growled embarrassingly.
Despite Democoon's efforts, Aglaia's ribs were visible. They both weren't terribly off, but it still had been hard. Aglaia trotted up beside her mate.

Sorry if it sounds weird. Just writing off the top of my mind.
"WHat?" Yami had never been part of a tribe. Was Fethyr saying she was accepted. She had been wandering about to find safety, not acceptance. Is this what she wanted? Of course. This was safe, wasn't it? Now she wouldn't be alone, or have to fear what was to happen. She would live with other manens and never have to lonely. After all she was quite hungry.

Mish and Democoon turned to the leader, their leader, and followed him to food, safety, and shelter.
They had never been happier.
ooc: I know this is an old thread, I'm just ending it on their part.
