Prideful and lost

[Xiao]

Instantly Pride ran and got some water and killed some rabbits. I am late! He thought Now I have to get in there in time. Then he saw a big male manen heading into the cave. Oh no! He thought. Then he started running as fast as he could. He though That manen must not hurt or take her! Then he leaped on top of the strange manen snarling and roaring fearfully.

Big has never been to these lands before. He never saw so much ice and snow in his relatively-short lifetime. The cold wasn't bothering him, he felt just fine. But the rocky and slippery landscape was hard for him to trespass. He wobbled about, slipping now and then and barely keeping from falling over.

He was becoming fatigued, the stress was making him stiffen in fear. He needs to find a resting spot soon, and just up ahead was what looked like a warm, cozy, cave. He wobbled over there as fast as he can to get to shelter. But he felt a strong force hit his side. He went rolling around in the snow, and was yipping out of fright. once he stopped rolling, he heard a wolf snarling at him.

"AAAAAH!"

Quickly, he backed away, his bushy tail beween his beefy and stubby legs. His ears pulled back against his ears and made a sorry face.

"Please! Don't hurt me!"

[Yami]

Pride! STOP!

He is no harm!

Lar went up got between the two brutes.

Who are you and what are you doing at the glacier!?

Lar stomped out in the open and lay down.

She let out a mournful howl.

Why did life have so many painful prices?

[Leporidae]

Big blinked. Why was he here again? He can't quite put his mind on it. He knew he was doing something.

"Uuuhhhh . . ."

He searched through his mind desperatly. Big could never remember something when he needs it most! But, then again, he just took a long walk and discovered many things on the way. Such as snow. When finally, he got it!

"I'm Big, and I . . . uhhh . . . wait . . ."

The thought slipped away from his paws yet again. He made a longer wait then the last, trying to get that slippery fish once for all. It slid back into his conscious after about two minuets of waiting, his face glowing slightly.

"Oh yea! I'm looking for a pack, I think. Did I find one yet?"

[Xiao]

Hump. Said Pride as he stared at the manen. Big looked kind of odd. Are you fully manen? He asked as he looked at Big. And we are not a pack. He said to Big. A pack is way more than two manens. Pride suddenly growled and snapped at the manen. Then he jumped up on his hind paws and started snapping at Big. Pride thought. I must be dominant if this strange manen plans on joining us. Then he thought he heard something odd. Kindy of splashy.

[Leporidae]

Big gave Pride a confused look.

"Manen? What? Oh, you mean your kind, right? I don-"

Pride just started to snap at Big at this point. Big went right up onto his feet right away and backed up as fast as he could, giving a little yip. His face grew fearful, slightly putting his tail between his legs (yet again) and his voice started to whine.

"What was that for?"

[Xiao]

OOC (deleted my old post) Pride looked around and stared at this thing trying to figure out what he was. Then he thought I wonder what Lar thinks about this all as he turned and looked at her.

Lar started of into the snow covered valley.

All of a sudden Yuusoa felt like this thing is he evil? But I feel like he might try to take Lar! All of a sudden Yuusoa get so upset and angry he almost got overwhelmed by these strong emotions he never felt before.

Big calmed down, looking at Yuusoa incase he makes another aggressive move. Seeing him so quiet all the sudden starts worrying Big quite a bit. He lays down in the cold snow, still a distance away from Yuusoa. His voice sounds more calmer then before, and more hoarse as well

"You both alright? Everything's suddenly quiet."

[Xiao]

I am fine. Said Yuusoa. But really he was thinking why do I feel like this toward Lar? What is this emotion? He thought. I have never felt anything and now I feel so much. Wait a minute I think it was called love! Thats it I love Lar! He thought.

[Leporidae]

Big sighed softly to himself, rolling over on his back. He stares blankly at the clouds, watching them change into many diffrent shapes overtime. A large eagle flies far above, carrying food to feed it's young. It broke Big's daydream, and he was forced to notice how it soars through the sky. He spoke fairly dully, still a little spaced out.

"I wish I was a bird, so I could fly."

[Yami]

Why do you wish that? Lar questioned.

She had always felt safe on the ground, until the accident.

She went over to Yuusoa Are you okay?

He seemed to be staring out into space. Thinking.

Lar sat down and howled remembering the accident.

It had been horrible.

She wished it had never happened.[/size]

[Xiao]

Yuusoa and moved to Lar walking slowy over the ice. "Lar are you ok?" He then sat on the icy ground and said to Big "I wish I could fly to." He looked at Lar again and thought "I hope she is alright."

[Leporidae]

"Yea, flying would be nice. I could eat all sorts of clouds, birds, and other stuff."

Big flopped over and curled up. Making a quick glance at the two, he blinked and yawned tiredly while stretching his limbs. Closing his eyes, he tries to fall into a deep slumber.
