Faren snarled and barked Zwillings name. "Zwilling!". She gazed coldly at the other pack and changed the course of the manens, a dozen of them cantering through the snow towards a small pack of seven. She jumped and shook her head as she edged towards a femme carrying a baby she was assigned to.

Well, I don't remember anything about the Machtig Tribe, but Reality said his father's name was Zlye, or Zlie. I'm not sure. The resemblance (of the names) is strange. I hesitated. Do you think...maybe?...
I paused and glanced towards the pup's mother. I thought it was her mother, at least, because she seemed protective of Zwilling. She had just run up. Do you need her back?[/glow]

I, Zwilling gasped Zlye! Maybe father was Reality's father, then ran away and changed his name after you ran away. He may have been afraid that you would tell someone and then they would try to get him. Then he was my father, and yeah......... Oh that was stupid! Just wishing my family, anyone of my family-except father-, was still alive. It was hopeless, that was just impossible. Sorry I bugged you. Coming Faren! I stalked off to Faren, wishing life could be as it was before it changed.

Really, Reality had only united us for a few days, a few weeks, but we were loners at heart and would never stay together long, even with the protection of a pack. Strangely, everyone else in the pack had thought he would be, Reality, a good leader, but I, the "dissensionist" as I was nicknamed, knew that soon the pack would fall to ruin, return to the straggling pairs that Reality had found us as.

I, Zwilling sat by the rest of the pack. Yet from the talk with Reality I didn't seem to think I belonged here. With this pack. It just didn't feel right. Maybe I could try somewhere else. Or just wander alone this land. I could go to the cold ice land and look for a mate. Maybe. Umm, I think I gotta go. You know somewhere else. This just doesn't fit. I inhaled a deep breath. So ummm bye I guess. I'm off to where my heart takes me I trotted to the edge of the forest and took a deep breath. I strained my eyes to look farther. that's when I saw the dark shape in the distance. A cave! Shelter! Look!
