Looking for...(not manen related)

I'm looking for two things.

1) A good website host other than Freewebs. I've been reccomended Byethost, but whenever I try to register is says there's a problem. The host needs to be easy to reg, "hostmaster",(if one) not too demanding, low amount or no adds, and most important for me, FREE.
2) A very very good CSS tutorial, both basic and advanced, if possible. (starting with basic, of course). I know HTML, but not CSS, sadly.

Any tips?

There's a few CSS tutorials here and you can probably find some on deviantART, too. I'm an HTML person, though xD
Geocities is definately my favourite website creator. You can use templates or write your site out in code c:

Do you know any more? I've tried Geocities before, for me it didn't work that well
