[Xiao]

I was walking though a lush green forest when I heard a yelp. A yelp that sounded like Minoru! I ran as fast as I could and I saw a bear lumbering behind her. I heard a crashing noise and saw a little tiny pup come crashing though the trees. I growl at the big black bear and I tense my muscles and jump. I get a hold with my claws in its face and say "Leave my sister alone!" It runs off in a panic and I ruun toward Minoru. I lick her face and hear a mutter. I go on the dirt and push her body using my nose on my back. I get up and say to the little one "Where did you come from and we should go back."

[Yami]

Now shaking Keelee manages to mutter Who are you? Why'd you save us? I don't know if I feel safe telling you all that. Maybe this brute had saved them but full gown brutes where almost never to be trusted. There were stories of them killing young pups and slaughtering their mothers. So she stood there proud and defiant, waiting for him to answer. He had saved them so he wasn't that dangerous, at least she hoped that.

[Xiao]

(Occ I lost Ryuu so I might have to get rid of him and bring in Minoru's other brother or half brohter that she has.) "My name is Ryuu." I say and I laugh as I see her standing proud. "You have got guts girl. That will take you far in life. I saved you because could I let my sister die? I left her with our brother, and he took care of her form the side lines. She doesn't remember him but he is watching us right now I bet because he was with me a little while ago because we needed to find Minoru."

[Yami]

Keelee nodded, her eyes wide. So you're Ryuu! I've heard about you. Will Minoru be all right? I was worried about my new friend, I didn't want to lose yet another life.

[Xiao]

(Occ Tsuyoshi is a brute) I stay hidden in the bushes waiting. That is how I spent my life looking after Minoru waiting, and helping in the shadows. I did not hear the roar until it was to late.

I was about to talk more when I heard a roar. I ran right into its drooling jaws that were about to fasten themselves on Minoru. "You are not getting her!" I yell as I shake it off. My side was spilt open and it was a huge wound. I knew my minutes were limited. I look into Minoru's sweet face, but I see that she was taking it all in with horrifed eyes. Those blue eyes were filled with tears. My blood was already becoming a puddle, and I realized that I had to say something. "Tsuyoshi look after Min. Min please live long. Tsuyoshi is your brother I'm sorry I can't stay until we meet our parents again." I raised my quivering muzzle to lick Min, and then my muzzle fell in the red puddle, and my eyes starred out at her.

I cried out as he fell back as my heart broke in two. 'Why Ryuu why?" I screamed out to the heavens. Now the dearest one to me was dead. My brother in the bushes didn't seem like my brother. I heard a loud crashing sound, and saw the bear a skinny black bear coming at us. All I saw was a blur.

I ran into action and leaped at the bear going under it while ripping it open with my long jagged fangs. I came out, and it fell over dead. I walked over to Ryuu and silently close his blue eyes and stepped back. I mourned over him quitely. I meanwhile looked cool and collected.

I looked at him with anger in my blue eyes. They stormed over, and I said to Tsuyoshi, "How can you look like that while our brother lies dead?!" I needed someone to comfort me, not this cruel silent brother. "How many more brothers and sister do I have that I never knew about?" I asked in a quiet voice.

I look at her and say, "None that I know of, and we were born from the same litter." I walk to the little pup and say, "I think we should head back to camp so Minoru can mourn there."

I storm off and say, "I'm leaving and no one is to follow me!"

I look at her retreating figure and say, "She will be back when she is ready."

[Yami]

I watch the whole scene, no! Not another! Not another death. I watch as Tsuyoshi, her brother I guess, comes out to late. I watch as Ryuu dies, another death. Then Tsuyoshi talks to Minoru and Minoru stomps off. "She will be back when she is ready." The new brute says to me. No! I say, No, I'm going with her. I agree I don't trust you. I trusted him I motion to Ryuu, But I'm not going with you So I run after Minoru and call to her. Hoping I can comfort her, like she once comforted me.

[Xiao]

I watch her run off, and I walked into the shadows and followed them to keep Min and this other safe. I watch her run, but I was faster as I leaped in the shadows after Min. I see her, and she is crying. I know she remembers me after all because I always stayed in the shadows as comfort.

I know Tsuyoshi is following me along with Keelee. I jump into the bushes looking for him. My anger has reached a breaking point as I look for him. "Tsuyoshi come out now!" I yell as I see his dark amber eyes everywhere. I run around blinded by tears not noticing the waterfall. All to late I saw it and fell. I closed my eyes, but I felt something grab my paw. I look into Tsuyoshi's calm face and felt him pull me up. He threw me but fell. All I saw was his dark amber eyes. "No!" I yell as I reach for his paws. I turn to Keelee and say, "Come on we have to find him!" I race down the cliff. looking for him.

[Yami]

Keelee saw it happen. Minoru got mad at her brother, he had been following us. Then she fell, he tried to grab her. Then he fell, I didn't like him much but still I didn't want another death. Death was horrible, and I had experienced it too much. So Minoru pulled me, we ran fast . Faster then I probably had ever ran. Hoping maybe to save her long lost brother. Maybe we could save him, just maybe. A tiny speck of hope fluttered in my chest, like a lone bird. We had to save him! We had had to, we had to. So we ran, and boy did we run. And we didn't stop till we found him. Yet if he was alive was beyond me. How could he have survived? Was it possible? He was strong, yes. He was strong. But could even a wolf as strong as him make the fall? That was up to Minoru to tell the truth, to predict his fate.

[Xiao]

I look up at the waterfall and howl in agony. I then see Tsuyoshi hanging onto a rock that hang out. I gasp as I see him holding on with his teeth. He must have trianed his teeth well. I yell up to him, "How are you going to get down?" He let out a grunt that sounded like watch. He swung himself up on the rock then he jumped down into the deepest part he could reach.

I had trained long and hard every since I had been weaned so I knew how to get out of this. My teeth hurt, but I drove down into the water and came up coughed water out of my lungs. I was glad I had not been up to high or the impact could have severly hurt me. "Geez Minoru please never take a risk like that again or I will never come out in one piece." My voice was very deep and gravelly and I was glad for it suited me quite well.

[Yami]

I gasped with relief, Tsuyoshi got out okay unharmed. But wouldn't his teeth hurt? I mean gosh! Hanging on a rock like that gotta hurt. How'd you do that! I exclaim. I mean first you'e falling to your death them POW! you're hanging on a rock and flip! yourself over with a bang! Then you're like tada! And alive and well I mean WOW You're totally cool! I was panting from saying that all in one breath and running in circles at the same time. All of a sudden I stop. Wada we do now?

[Xiao]

I look down as the little pup started yelling out things. I blink and say, "I was trained for years every since I was weaned." I fell quiter then I already was as I remembered my past that was tainted with blood. I fell into a bad memory and I saw the crimsom red blood spraying everywhere until Minoru's voice snapped me out of it. I then left with them.

I say in responce to Keelee, "We should go back to the others." As we started to leave I noticed Tsuyoshi was engrossed in a memory and I snapped him back by saying, "Tsuyoshi come on we are leaving." As he came to we lefted to find the others.

[Yami]

Keelee looked at Tsuyoshi in awe. Man training since he was even younger than me! Wow! He musta fought in battles like a real warrior! Gosh he was brave! Then I noticed that he was caught in a memory. I wondered what he saw. As we walked back I asked, What had you saw? In the memory I mean. You seemed caught up in a memory or something. Have really been in many battles? Like a real warrior! I waited hoping I hadn't offended him.

[Xiao]

"Yes I have been in a lot of battles and I'm a good warrior. That one memory is one I would rather not share." I say as I keep my cool. I was good keeping my cool like that even why I was upset. No one could see that I was upset at the memory because I looked cool and collected. One of the first things I had learned was to always keep my cool.

I watch them talking and feel glad that Tsuyoshi even though he was not very social was making an effort to keep a converstion going with the little pup. "We should get going and we should go fast in case something has happened to Hannah and Dao."
